A fresh cycle is when Connie takes medication to induce ovulation, the doctor retrieves as many eggs as this ovulation creates, and then goes on to create embryos. Last year, five embryos were created. Two were immediately implanted and then three frozen. In August, Connie had the doctor implant two of the frozen eggs to no avail.
